You can’t scale a business without scaling its people. That’s a fact—and it’s a lesson I’ve learned time and time again (right alongside “Don’t send an email when you’re hangry” and “Plants, like people, thrive with the right care—but not too much watering”).

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and human potential. I’ve led teams through uncertainty, built cultures that outlast change, and coached leaders to see challenges as opportunities for growth. My career has taken me across industries—nonprofits to high-growth startups—where I’ve learned that the strongest organizations aren’t just well-structured but deeply human.

Leadership isn’t about titles or authority. It’s about trust, clarity, and the willingness to invest in people. I believe in leadership that is intentional, people-first, and built for the long game. The best leaders don’t just adapt to change; they create it, shaping workplaces where teams thrive and businesses grow with purpose.

I hold an MBA from Amberton University and an HR certification, but my learning never stops. Whether through research, mentorship, or lived experience, I’m constantly exploring new ways to help leaders make better decisions, build stronger teams, and lead with impact.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring coffee shops, traveling to new places, or getting lost in a good book. I’m also a proud plant mom, which has taught me that growth—whether in people, organizations, or a stubborn fiddle-leaf fig—requires patience, care, and the right environment to flourish.

And if there’s one lesson I’ve had to learn over and over (besides not taking myself too seriously), it’s that humor is just as important as strategy. Leadership is hard enough—if we’re not finding ways to laugh along the way, we’re doing it wrong.
